Gamer Xperience brings a complete gaming setup directly to your home in the Netherlands. No venue to book, no driving around with a car full of excited kids.

We set up 8 professional gaming stations at your kitchen table. Every child gets their own screen and controller. Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox and more, all ready to go. After the party we pack everything up and leave. You do nothing except enjoy the moment.

We are based in Eindhoven and travel to Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Den Bosch, Helmond and everywhere in between.

Fair question. A trip to the cinema for 8 children already costs €100 to €160 — but then you still have to drive, supervise the group and it is over after 1.5 hours. With GamerXperience you pay €250 for 3 hours of non-stop gaming at home, full setup and cleanup by us. That is €31.25 per child for the whole afternoon — less than most alternatives, and you do not have to go anywhere.

No. A regular dining table for 6 to 8 people is enough. We adapt the setup to your space, whether you live in a city apartment or a spacious family home. We will let you know if we need anything specific when we confirm your booking.

Not at all. We connect everything, explain the games to the children and make sure everything works. You only need to provide snacks and drinks. With the Ultimate package our Game Master handles everything — you do not have to do a thing.

We travel all across the Netherlands. Based in Eindhoven, we regularly go to Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Den Haag, Den Bosch, Helmond and everywhere in between. Travel costs are never more than €100 and will be confirmed upfront when you book.

Both packages include 8 gaming stations and full setup and cleanup. The main differences are: Ultimate gives you 4 hours instead of 3, includes a Game Master who runs a real tournament with challenges and a prize ceremony, and comes with thematic decoration like neon lights and banners. Standard is great for smaller groups who just want to game — Ultimate is the full experience.

We bring a selection of the most popular games including Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox, Rocket League, Fall Guys and more. All games are available through Xbox Game Pass. Have a specific game in mind? Let us know when you book and we will check if it is available.

Ronald — founder of GamerXperience, father and former gaming journalist. We are a small, personal business. Not strangers, but someone who enjoys the party just as much as the children. With the Ultimate package Ronald is present the entire afternoon as Game Master.

To confirm your date we ask for a €100 deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in advance by bank transfer, or in cash on the day of the party — whatever works best for you. With the Ultimate package there is no deposit for the equipment. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
